SYSTOLIC Blood pressure (top #) while the heart is beating.

DIASTOLIC Blood pressure (bottom #)is when the heart is at rest between beats

BPM Heart beats per Minute

SYSTOLIC RATINGS Blood pressure (top #) while the heart is beating.

Normal: Systolic blood pressure is less than 120 mmHg.

Elevated: Systolic blood pressure is between 120-129 mmHg.

Stage 1 Hypertension: Systolic blood pressure is between 130-139 mmHg.

Stage 2 Hypertension: Systolic blood pressure is higher than 180 mmHg. It is crucial to monitor blood pressure regularly and consult a healthcare provider for any concerns. Lifestyle changes and medical interventions can help manage and reduce the risk of hypertension-related health issues.

DIASTOLIC RATINGS Blood pressure (bottom #)is when the heart is at rest between beats

Normal: Less than 80 mm Hg

Elevated: 80–89 mm Hg

Stage 1 Hypertension: 90–99 mm Hg

Stage 2 Hypertension: 100 mm Hg or higher

High diastolic readings can lead to various cardiovascular issues, including heart disease and stroke. It is crucial to monitor and manage diastolic blood pressure to reduce the risk of these health conditions
